What wonderful restaurant with friendly staff and great service. The food is amazing!! If your feeling a little peckish I would highly recommend the beast from the east burger...

My husband booked us a night away at Norway Inn for our anniversary. The room was very lovely, the bed was incredibly comfortable and it was all clean and spacious. It felt much more luxury than I expected. We had dinner in the pub and the food and service was incredible! There was a bit of a wait for food but there was a large table who ordered before us so I didn't mind. My husband had the Norway burger and I had the macaroni cheese (pictured), it was so cheesy and delicious. The crumble which we shared for dessert was the real winner, it was so good! I had a hot chocolate too, made by our lovely waitress, which was such a good hot chocolate. We had a great sleep (no road noise at all) and had breakfast the next morning, which again was delicious. I had pancakes and my husband had a fry up. Again the service was great. We definitely want to come back, I want to eat my way through the rest of the menu! Such a convenient place to stay as well with great transport connections to the rest of Cornwall.

Had the recommended Sunday lunch, and it was a little overcooked but certainly plentiful. Service seemed to be struggling with customer demand, but this may be unfair as it was relatively busy. We passed on desserts as it took too long to get the menu and order. Lovely surroundings and certainly worth a try.

Friendly staff, warm welcome Plenty of seating around the bar or further up towards the disabled toilet Easy access and comfortable seats! We had a light lunch, soup of the day, and cheesy chips Both were tasty and had good temperatures when they arrived I would recommend it for their main meals, what I saw looked delicious We had since gone back several times to sample their food!! So far, the triple decker with peppered fries was the tastiest It took a while to arrive, considering the place was practically empty. I was surprised at the time, 10-15 minutes But worth the weight!! We shared the sandwich, and it was plenty Staff are always friendly and cheerful, and it's a dog friendly area

Stayed here for a few days. Very comfortable room and we were well looked after by friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts and evening meals. This is a very popular pub with locals and well kept ale on tap. Although on the A39 no noise intrusion.

Based on recommendations, we tried the Sunday carvery... and we were not disappointed. Beef, gammon, turkey all cooked to perfection with as much tasty vegetables as you can manage. Yes this is the standard carvery meal, but the quality of the food compared to larger restaurants and hostelries is the issue. And in this field the Norway easily surpasses the lesser competition. A great pudding menu was also on offer but we had no room. A well deserved 5 stars.

It’s wonderful to arrive to a pub and have a delicious cooked dinner with a distinction! We went for the specials, Oven roast hake fillet with crushed new potatoes , braised orange fennel, white wine velouté and crispy kale. The other plate was Slow braised winter lamb shank with dauphinois potatoes, tender steam broccoli with red wine juice. Very attentive staff 😃. Plenty spaces to be comfortable & enjoy your meal. I have been before, will be back 😀 Good parking area.
