Lovely vegan breakfast. Very well thought out. Vegan sausage was delicious. Clever hashbrowns. Great location. Easy parking (although on a warm day, maybe you would find it busier). Friendly hosts.

As you may know, I am a big fan of Birdes in Hayle. So, standards are very high. Fantastic breakfast and all the ingredients sources locally. Get in early as it can get a bit full very quickly.
