Thats my one and half million view review .... My first one star review NO Toilet No WiFi No smile. No greetung. No receipt,tax invoice. Over charge a dollar or two,I know those tricks! Happened 100 times around the city. We live in 2017. helloooo. Management: Donot care attitude. That's my quick review to the public as a hospitality/service expert in simple words. If management do not care about loosing a customer. Let the public know of their attitude. Merci. The story : I was overcharged, then other time denied receipt tax invoice (it's right not prevliage),,,, repeated mistake is not a mistake !!! It's deliberate theft even if it's a dollar. *****Ask for your receipt at all times, don't ever try to send constructive feedback about it to management,they are deaf when it comes to listening to customers ....waist of time, as you will be looked at as rude customer! ;) For passing constructive feedback! Food might be good , selection good, no product or anything can replace positive attitude.its service based industry! Price: you better dine at Holiday inn 4 stars open buffet ,you will pay the same price of an ommelet & coffee desert, Parking : you will end up paying another 10$ parking for your breakfast. Don't try park at street maxi 1/2 hr then your breakfast will cost you 150$ infringement.I tried parking at street, infrengment 150$ !!!so better no do it. ***** Coffee: if your coffee order more than flat white / cap. You might end up with angry face......skinny cap, 3/4 full of milk, no chocolate on top, is a very diffecult order to take. Again nothing replaces positive attitude. When you have good mood ,do not spoil it.pick proper 4-5 stars hotel to have breakfast! 27$ breakfast will get open buffet breakfast & and smilly face at novotel/Duxston/Hilton ******** hilton staff are superstars 7 stars staff ,try and compare for yourself...with fresh juices,unlimited coffees ... More importantly smile/ greeting relaxed atmosphere .....

Best value coffee and toast in the city. Overseas visitors whom I brought here for breakfast couldn't believe how good the coffee was. I've always liked the bread here, not at all like the stuff you get from the supermarkets. Staff are efficient and helpful. I always have lashings of butter and have always been given more when I have asked.

Yesterday was our first visit to JP Sancho's and we only came in for a croissant and coffee to go, but couldn't resist a chocolate tart for later in the day. Very friendly service staff on a Saturday morning, great coffee and delicious food! A tab pricey, but that wasn't unexpected. Can't wait to visit again.
