Prices at Wembley store is $5 more expensive then other cheesecake shops!!. The shop is run down and I was surprised to see their air conditioner is not working on the 41 degree summer day. When I asked the store manager why you are more expensive then the other branch i recived a rude answer of "our cost is higher"! Maybe that's why they don't turn on their aircondition... Anyhow would never step in that shop again. By the way thier cakes are frozen and NOT FRESHLY BAKED

I recieved such incredibly rude customer service that I ended up walking away with nothing. The lady made me feel like a burden and acted impatiently even though I was the only customer. As I tried to ask about what type of custom cake they would be able to make with just shy of a week notice, she frowned, rolled her eyes, sighed and spoke with an irritated tone. I chose a semi sheer cake on the shelf she said she could make it in a different colour drip with sea creature decorations on it. But after I queried about the cake some more she showed me a photo of what was actually a very different looking cake and a box of tacky pre-made baby shark decorations from a packet. The fully decorated cake would cost around $160 for a serving size suitable for 20 people. Without decorations would be $100. She then made it clear that I only had a choice of the one custom cake no larger than that, and abruptly said "do you want it or not?!". I felt certain there is no way I am buying a cake from this lady.

My extended family and I have been going to the Cheesecake shop Wembley for a couple of years. This is the last straw. Keep giving them a chance but unfortunately too many. Cakes are dry, service is poor, shop is not airconditioned. I am positive the cakes have been frozen as my son's birthday cake was icy and it was not an ice cream cake. I would rather bake a packet cake. Terrible. Will not be returning or recommending.

Disappointed with the customer service of the staff. Bought a cake that was obviously stale and took back 80% off the cake to request at least understanding that it may not have been to our taste. The lady stated it was made this morning. Bought another one, no offer of apology or discount. I am led tp believe that every cake is made daily. There was at least 12 cakes left in the shop, looks like they are throwing a lot away. Unlikely...
