Dough Pizza

Amazing gourmet pizzas! Went with my 2yo and hubby and we all loved it, hubby loved the spicy pizza - it's very spicy so only for those who can take a kick! Not me...🙄 I loved my Truffle pizza and our boy who's not into pizza enjoyed the wood fire garlic bread 😍 lovely staff and amazing to be able to watch the pizza being made, our boy had fun watching the pizza chef. Highly recommended, looks like new owners are doing great job👍

I order pizza few times not ones they got it right, once I called in for pick up and ended up waiting an hour at the shop before it was ready. The second time they forgot the burrata on my pizza and put a different cheese on it so I came back but instead I got a bucket of burrata to bring home. Also it’s like a lasagna consistency. Years ago I taught English to a Napoli-born and bred Italian student named Rosario, who was prouder of nothing (aside from his beautiful wife Simona, who he said it was an honour to wait for on dates) than being from the home of the world's original and best pizza made only of fresh, simple ingredients cooked right, not en masse rubbish chucked-on like typical Aussie pizza, which offended his sensibilities. Rosario, like me, would have been honoured and delighted to wait less than 15 minutes for this mouth-watering, authentic pizza, infused with the Italian joy for life of Dough's gorgeous, attentive staff. A lovely experience. Thank you.
