If you want a great tasting home style burger go here! The buns are toasted and don't fall apart when you eat it. Plenty of filling and tasty combinations. Many options and can get GF buns as well. The chips are yummy too! The staff were friendly and the service was fast.

Secret lunch says modest size burger but it's smaller than a small burger. No value for money. And doesn't come with a drink. GYG at least does a better deal and more filling and delicious menu.

Disappointing burger: had wanted to try Flipside for awhile, considered their multiple locations a good sign. Place was nearly empty, quick service and friendly staff. Bun was standard affair, slightly over toasted. Patty was disappointing and bland. Cheese wasn't melted. Had to add more sauce to make it palatable 😢

Good home style burgers with toasted buns and simple salads and condiments. Thick cut chips are very crispy and they have free tomato sauce on the tables

Great place to grab a small or large burger. Inhouse relishes are amazing. Great menu to choose from with some very yummy sides. Staff are very friendly and helpful and have a great level of customer service. If you are in or around Northbridge and want a quick bite to eat, this place will not disappoint.

Not the most salubrious setting in William St but seemed very clean and the basic classic burger was very tasty as were chips. Always try to do the basic first at a new place and see if they get that right. I’d probably ask for a bit less mayo

Saturday night fringe show and decided on a burger walking past. Really wish we kept waking very bland boring burger “meat pattie tasted like pork mince / chicken mince and dry no flavour or seasoning cheese was like cardboard and salad was limp . Wasted $50 here never to return.
