Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room (Superior) was very spacious and the BATHROOM!!!… Spa bath was to die for… very relaxing after a day of exploring. Shout out to the housekeeping staff, who serviced the room in a timely manner.. even down to the little things like changing the pillow arrangements each day and giving the room a spritz..if there were odours from meals eaten previously! Bar was well equipped with all your alcoholic delights. Location was great, close to supermarket, restaurants, public transport. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again !!!

We had great time, room was great. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing. We really enjoyed the food. Unfortunately their staffs not that friendly, no greeting, no smile. Room was great but there was stain on the sofa. The TV and aircon remote didn't work properly as well. Spa bath was so small. We expected a lot bigger, only one person could get in.

We had a nice time at Pagoda. However, the service was lacking in all fronts. We were put in the wrong room, we didn't find this out until I actually complained about the room we were put in and only found out as they "upgraded" us into a "nicer" room, the room we ended up in was the one we actually paid for.. We weren't given a key and had to follow up multiple times, housekeeping had to let us into our room. They never answer their phones, it was really hard to get the WiFi password and had to ring 3 times when I was promised a call back which never happened. The 'Sauna' is just a tiny room with a heater in it. The rooms themselves were quite old and dated and definitely needed a deep clean, smelt like dust. Despite all this, I did enjoy my weekend there and it was situated very well to everything. The lady that checked us out was very lovely and we wished we had met her when we arrived as she was the most helpful of all the reception staff. I'm not sure if I would go back again, but if you just need a room for the night in a good location this is the Hotel for you. 3 stars for the room 1 star for service 5 stars for location

Upon checking in we were checked into the wrong room. We called and advised that the room was not the one we paid for and we were moved into a new room within 15 minutes. For a 4 star resort the customer service didn't feel all that friendly or welcoming how ever the decorations and water features helped compensate for that. There was free parking across the road however if they are all taken then you have to pay $15 to park in the hotel parking lot. The the room was serviced and were quick and very professional and had a keen eye for detail. Our room did over look the parking lot but we didn't mind at all. Was a good stay however could have been made great with a few smiles from the front reception desk

Wonderful stay. Very welcoming and accommodating. No 'spa' per se for treatments but in room spas are a great size. You could easily fit three people and still have plenty of room. They are almost too big for an intimate setting for two. Pool is lovely and warm but still refreshing on a hot summers day. Pool towels arent provided in the pool area or in rooms, but are available from reception/housekeeping upon request.

Not bad they seem too tick the majority of my boxes , only downside is the rooms are not sound proof and not for the reason your thinking, there are functions going on downstairs and they might as well be in my room. Tip don’t stay during functions, downside you’ll never know when they’re on; currently still staying and won’t be sleeping yay

Stayed here for 4 nights, we had the 1 bedroom apartment. Rooms showing their age slightly, but they were comfortable and clean. Bit close to the highway but there was no noise in the rooms well sound proofed and we slept soundly. The staff and service was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good in the restaurant and the breaky yummy. Pool looked good but it was cold and rainy when we were here. The location is excellent with easy travel to freo, cbd Belmont etc... There are 2 chargers in garage for electric cars as well.
