Iku Sushi

They need to work on consistency. The ramen and udon are ALWAYS GOOD but rice and karaage? Sometimes they're super good, sometimes average and occasionally, really, really bad. I went there in this one time during lunch and had the karaage with rice (actually intended to have only the karaage but the waitress misunderstood us) and the rice, like the other bad reviews say, tasted 'a day old'. The karaage, horrible. It tasted so bad and I have only had bad karaage from Iku sushi twice. Other than that, a little pricy but good food worth paying for.

I'm a Sushi snob, and I only eat the raw fish kind of sushi (no chicken or tuna mayo here please)... with that in mind - Iku Sushi: Fish Quality = 3/5 Rice Quality = 2/5 Selection = 2/5 Consistency = N/A (visits=1) Price = 3/5 Ways to improve - Rice freshness was an issue, sushi was stale. Not necessarily made to order. Too much mayonaise. Notes: *Good sushi is hard to find in Perth (too much damn Mayonaise). *Rice quality is just as crucial as fish quality. *Selection is generally the same across restaurants.
