I went there with a friend on a cold Monday night for a hot chocolate. I experienced the worst ever! We asked if we could come in for a hot chocolate and the man grunted a 'yes', he then told us he would give us take away cups. We said that we would like to sit inside, since it was pouring down with rain, to which he said 'fine but i'll give you takeaway cups. Unless you really want a glass or cup." After some arguing we were finally granted a hot chocolate in a glass. When it was finally brought to us, my hot chocolate had spilled all over the sides and the man just put it down, looked at the my glass swimming in hot chocolate in its' saucer and left. I am normally no one to complain but I have never felt so unwelcome and have never received such bad service, especially for a simple hot drink. Would never go there again!
