Han's Cafe - Perth Cbd

Disappointed is all I can say. Ordered the food takeaway and if the store wasn't shut by the time I'd got home and eaten it I would've taken it back and asked for a refund. I understand I ordered my food late but still it should be a at least up to a certain standard.. The food was dry and mushy from being overcooked. The fried chicken and spring rolls were even well overcooked and were perhaps sitting on the warmer the entire day/night. Customer service was great but it was a shame throwing it all in the bin because it just wasn't enjoyable/fit to eat at all.

This is the worst dining experience I have had in Perth. We should have realised the place was off because it was almost empty on a busy Friday night. I thought since they were not busy we would get served quickly. There was no service. We entered and were given picture book menus and told to choose a table. After about 10 minutes and not being acknowledge I went to the counter to ask if we had to place our order at the counter or wait at the table. It will be quicker if you order here was the reply. So we all had to get up from the table and order at the counter. I then had to pay upfront plus 2% for credit card payment. We ordered entrees and when one of our main courses came out first the waitress could not understand English when I protested that we had not had our entrees! I was served to worst bottled wine almost ever. I can only remember one that was worse. The two teenagers with me ordered mocktails that were rather average for the $7.50 price. We hadn't finished our entree when the main course appeared. Do you want plates to eat that from? There was huge difference from the photos of what we ordered from the picture book menu to what we were served. To say it resembled "a dogs breakfast" would be complimentary. The man with the personality bypass who seemed to be in charge saw that I was comparing the pictures in the menu to what we had been served and asked if we were missing something........ Don't go there and if nothing else is open you will get a better meal chewing your fingernails!

This would have to be the worst Hans i have eaten in. I had the Hans Larksa, the chicken was dry, the squid was rubber with a funny off taste and the sauce was tasteless. The Restaurant was filthy and needs a Health inspector to check it out because if the sitting area is that dirty what is the kitchen like. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere else as i am paying for it now with repeat trips to the toilet and stomach pains.
