Sadly understaffed, was told 30min wait to get a hot chocolate at 1030 in the morning, pls put on more staff to support the demand. All around me not happy and a few walking off as I did.

Service very slow especially when you have the complimentary ticket they're not in a hurry to serve you. The girls will be chatting to each other. I waited for 10 mins. to get my coffee when there was no que at all. The coffee was horrible and cold l just put it straight into the bin.

The flat bread meal was disappointing (overheated so most of the cheese just ran out and the bread was like a cracker) as was the cheesecake dessert. I don't know if this is a reflection of all Coffee Clubs now or just this one.

Unfortunately the day we visited on a Sunday morning it was busy. As a result we waited 40 minutes for our two big breakfasts which when arrived was dried out and very unpleasant. Bacon was dry and lifeless, eggs dried out too and so on. The brag of this place is The Biggest of Big Breakfasts but that comes on a tiny plate and in poor quality. Spinach was a nice touch but essentially the service and quality isn't there. We definitely won't be back for a while. Shame because we've had good a experience there before.

My place to go to every time I visit water town. My kind of coffee shop. They serve nice sandwiches and desserts. Friendly staff. Quick service.

Coffee took long , and it wasn’t the size we asked for it

The wife and i had a chicken club sandwich and a Parmigiana respectively. The club sandwich's bread was dry and the bacon was rubber.
The Parmigiana was burnt. The sauce was actually chilli (Did not taste good either) and the burnt crust of the chicken tasted like it had CINNAMON in it.
The chips were Undercooked and unevenly seasoned.
My wife chose a ice coffee and i chose a fuze iced tea
The coffee was burnt and bitter and the only sweater added was ice cream which wasn't enough to make it taste good. Coffee club was not busy either so its not like they were under stress. at least the service was adequate.
