I have ordered 2 matcha fresh milk tea large/medium but quality was not great. matcha power separated from milk and it looks unappealing and taste is bad specially the after taste as powder remain in mouth. Feel like shop has used expired product. pic attached.

I really enjoy this bubble tea place. It suits my taste pallet very well. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. This store also hosts (to my liking), cupsleeve events regularly, which from my knowledge- push people to try bubble tea for the first time, who wouldn’t have otherwise. Which is great! I always visit whenever I’m up in Perth, in fact, I’m glad that I don’t live nearby- otherwise I’d be there everyday. Great shop, my go-to-place for bubble tea.

Changed the menu lately so you have to “add milk” to make it milk tea...
Fast working friendly staff, sadly tea is never filled to the brim at this store. Worlds stickiest floor on Fri, Sat & Sun nights. Still if you can overlook the cleanliness etc it’s better than Gong Cha up the road .

I think here's like the best one among them. Original milk tea they offer is always the best and refreshing. Love it! It looks like the owner or manager is one of the biggest fans for K-pop group haha One thing was a shame that the music was tooo loud to have a chat inside. My friend and I had to leave the place in a hot weather. Not sure for dine in but for to go, it's perfect and will make another visit soon😊

Presotea makes their bubble tea with real tea and not just powders. Quick service and plenty of flavours. You can adjust the levels of sweetness and ice etc. I'm definitely a regular.

Favourite bubble tea place. Little disappointed today as they ran out of pearls but fresh tea series is great with jellies 🥰 Didn’t miss bubbles 😋 that much.
