Superb souvlakis almost double the size of your hands, chock full of meaty and veggie goodness! Best Mediterranean food in the area! Spacious, clean lunch outlet with the friendliest staff. Very accommodating and they know all the regulars by name. Really one big happy family! Good place to dine in or takeaway. Even has power outlets with USB sockets, and an ATM in case you need cash (but don't worry, they take card). Highly recommend for a hearty bite, or if you want a place to chill and chit chat.

When I travel to Perth I visit this place every day I’m in the Perth metro area (my record - 5 business days = 5 visits!). Old school hot roast meats (lamb, pork, beef and chicken) with beautiful fresh rolls and grandma gravy. I rarely go past a hot roast lamb roll with cheese, onion and gravy, great selection of fresh sandwiches for take-away (sausage, cheese and onion -roast chicken and or cold roasted lamb etc. I mean who doesn’t love a cold roasted lamb sandwich/roll). If this place was in Melbourne I’d be the size of a house!!! Owners and staff are so delightful, beautiful people who treat you like family eating at the family dinner table. I just love this place, it makes me look forward to travelling to Perth for work instead of usually freeting work travel. This is my favourite restaurant cafe eatery australia wide period!

I am a regular customer of Something Good Lunchbar. Nancy & the team work so hard to make everyone feel welcome. Coffee is always great - so smooth, strong and fresh! I haven't had anything from the menu I wouldn't order again!! Great food, Fantastic Service, Warm and Friendly atmosphere - Highly Recommended!

Was running early for a meeting, didn't know what was in the area and stopped here because there was ample parking on the street. Had the "breakfast special" toasted ham and cheese sandwich and a flat white. The sangha was fresh and generous and the flat white was a "proper" coffee. Friendly people, bright and airy, and spotless. Clearly a haunt for the regulars around here and next time I'm up in town, will certainly come back!

Great place. Excellent food and service. Wide ranging menu, with very reasonable prices Specials are exceptional value. Disclaimer: I have known most of the people that own & run this place for several months even though I have only just made my first visit. If I actually worked in the area I would be a much more frequent visitor than I actually will be. Even so, a worthwhile investment of an hour travelling each way on Public Transport 🙄🙃

Out of this world coffee! I have experienced coffee in many places globally, and yes this little unassuming lunch bar cafe in perth serves the best coffee ever. Lovely food too & lovely service...always with a smile :) I value old fashioned simple niceties, if you do too you'll love what this lunchbar has to offer. More than 5 stars!
