1934 Ristorante

This is now one of my favourite italian restaurants in Perth and a hidden gem. We came here for Friday lunch and were absolutely blown away! Food and service was amazing, it definitely was the perfect blend of old school and modern Italian in one menu. The crab spaghettini was to die for. We didn't really like the polenta tarts but that might be a preference thing or everything else was just too good.

Now I totally understand why everyone gave 5star review to this restaurant. Everything was stunning. Amazing staff(Actually it turned out he is a manager), delicious, beautiful and good amount of food, clean and sophisticated vibe, cosy and perfect music, nice wine list, etc... Especially services was amazing! There are two areas and I preferred black based room, but I preferred the chair in other area. I was talking to my bf that so it's hard to choose which to seat and was going to ask my bf to choose, manager listened this, and got the chair from the other area!? I know it wasn't too hard for him to do this as it's Wednesday, not busy night tho, who could expect the service this much! While we were eating, he kept coming and gave us amazing service all the time. We felt as if we were special guest. We definitely will come back. It's my favourite Italian restaurant in Perth. We came back here after 9month. Surprisingly, the owner remembered us! And the chairs got chair cover and much better :) Everything was nice again!

First time visiting after hearing good things. We were looked after by Angelo who was very friendly. He even took us for a mini tour around the Perth Italian Club after we ordered our food! Entrees were flavoursome and the mains were divine. 4 of us ordered pasta dishes and one ordered veal which was delightful. I highly recommend this place and my mother is already looking to come back again! 5 out of 5 stars!

I'm sorry to leave 1 start. Maybe wasn't the right day? I was very excited to take my partner here after I read lots of good reviews. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The place is very "old faction" with plastic flowers on the table and food was well below our expectations especially for the price we paid for. Service was quite average. The main weather was very nice thou, as well as the margarita. Probably the only good things of our whole experience.

The food is excellent, and serving sizes are huuuuuge! I dare anyone to get through two courses… And just because the serving sizes are huuuuuuuge that doesn’t mean they have skimmed on quality. The meals are tasty, and I imagine authentic too. Sensational. The decor is reminiscent of the 70s in an endearing manner. Service was personable and very pleasant. Highly recommended!
