Super friendly staff, always get a warm cheery greeting. I highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee it's soooo good! Strong and tasty! Just the caffeine/sugar pickup you need for a Monday morning. Also the bacon and egg bagel is delish. Yummo!

For a inner city cafe to through down this much flavour and a solid coffee menu is a huge win. Get the angry piggy and you won’t be disappointed, pairs great with a cold batch brew.

Excellent coffee, really friendly staff :)
Good tasting chocolate used in the mocha, one of the nicer mochas in Perth.
Matcha latte tasted awesome with a bit of honey as staff suggested. Matcha was a bit gritty. Lactose-free milk available!
Plenty of nicely spread out seating here for coffee chats, and of course the main Cloisters seating area is right beside, for larger groups.

I was looking for a coffee and light quick breakfast. They delivered. Coffee was excellent (long mac) and they added tomato to my ham and cheese croissant with no fuss or charge. The croissant was fresh as was the filling. Service was friendly and quick. I look forward to going again as their menu looked interesting with a good selection and variety.

POOR SERVICE, actually just made my morning even worse. This person was making a fuss about paying extra for tomato in a coffee deal where i already said happy to pay extra but one of the staff didn't charge me?.........maybe educate your staff not your customer? will not be going back ever again and will tell all colleagues not to ever go to this place

I went there for some dine in coffee, and staff was lovely, quick and responsive. Coffee was good. Nice spot in the morning sun, will definitely be back try some food items.

The staff are very friendly and have knowledge of their menu (i.e. they recommend what they themselves like to eat). I recommend the mango coconut bread toasted and slathered with butter. Delicious! A great way to start your work day.
