Jamaica Blue - Midland

So disappointed in this midland gate franchise at the Woolworths side. After doing some shopping with my wife and child we taught we'd get a bite to eat. Being a massive fan of Jamaica Blue coffee we decided to eat there. Went to order at 4:03 pm we were told the grill was off and cleaned so they only had what was on display, which wasn't much considering online there open until 6pm on a Thursday. Muffin Break were more than happy to take my custom and I don't think I'll visit this particular Jamaica blue any time soon.

JB near Coles end. We dine here quite regularly and usually have a good experience however, on this occasion, I ordered the coconut and lime cake which was tasty but not exactly happy with the price you pay for the quantity. This cake slice cost me $7.50! A bit exorbitant for such a small slice if you ask me. You might need to re-consider the pricing of your cakes to entice people to want to buy.

JB at the Coles end, previously did amazing pancakes so we decided to order at the other JB, Woolworths end of Midland Gate.... Very disappointing. The quantity and quality were half as good, what cafe reheats pancakes? Maybe half the price to justify the quality. 2 star's because the lady was friendly.

Customer service was just terrible. I approached the counter for service and asked about the muffins, possibly the girl was having a bad day. Spoke like she couldn't be bothered. I ordered a long Mac coffee. It was served in a tall drinking glass. For a franchise the quality is horrendous. Would rather throw my money in the bin than come back here.
