Fisch On Broadway

Ordered the mini seafood basket (fish fillet, squid rings, 1 king prawn and chips). The food was fresh and good quality. The batter of the food has a similar texture to flavored tempura and I really liked it! If you want to avoid waiting, might want to consider ordering outside of their peak hours since they don't have a big team and cook everything to order.

This is my first time to order at this place. I want to order a regular fish and chips and a woman named Connie picked the phone up. She's rude. I'm a prospect customer but then I changed my mind and cancelled my plan to order because of her tone and her words. She said she cooked differently, not the way Asians did. I'd rather buy fish and chips from Broadway Seafood than buy the meal at this place, just because the way Connie answered the phone. I don't know if she's the owner or the staff, but her attitude would not profit the business.

Very poor customer service. The woman was rude and there were no napkins on any of the tables. Bit stingy to have to ask for napkins and a straw from behind the counter, when you eat fish and chips with your hands. Food was good but a little lengthy wait time (25 minutes) for one kids fish and chips and no one else was in store. Below average. There is potential at this fish and chips store if they first listen to all the negative customer reviews and rectify this behaviour.

when I went to pick up my order a old woman was very rude saying that the pick up place was behind the restaurant. you need to learn to treat customers better, as other people also complain about your rudeness here! apparently you haven't learned yet! I will never go back to this restaurant, what a bad experience! 👎🏼

Honestly the worst place to of visited , the woman behind the counter is an absolute Karen. Got told to leave the premises when eating other food because I was allergic to fish. Then preceded to lecture my friend like a kid on how electricity is expensive , and cutlery which wasn't used needed cleaning . Honestly this shop gives me no hope for the future would prefer the fish and chips down the road cause atleast they're rude .

Disappointing all round. The shop assistant was rough and rudely spoken. There were 6 people ordering when I was there last Friday evening who witnessed her appalling behaviour. My order which I placed and waited for, was cold upon opening so may have been someone else’s. Not a pleasant experience and won’t be returning.

Don't really have to say much that hasn't been said by the numerous other 1 star reviews (: But yes, the lady at the front shouldn't be in customer service. Extremely rude and the wait times are long. I would also like to point out the unprofessionalism of the older lady (I presume owner) replying to all these comments with 'tough luck' instead of actually addressing the issue. The thing is - I actually enjoyed their fish and chips. It was tasty. Which is a shame that the owner is so rude because she would be getting a lot more customer retention if she simply ... shut up and smiled. I hope you actually take this comment to though. If many customers have complained about your attitude why don't you do something about it. It's self sabotage at this point. feel sorry for the girls who work there ... heart goes out to you gals.
