Service can be improved. It was a lol confusing wether we order and pay straight away or not for first timers. Coffee is average. Venue good for groups as they've got both outdoors and indoors which helps during winter. Food is average too.

While the food is good here they always forget at least one thing I ask for i.e. salt and pepper. Today I got quiche and salad and was asked if I wanted dressing. I said yes but didn't get it. Result? The blandest lunch ever. I ate it because I hate waste but note to Eat House: please turn the music down so you can hear what your customers ask for!

Horrible service. If you enjoy having your debit card thrown back at you when you pay or disgusting looks when you walk into the store, this is the place for you. The staff do not care at all. The only thing Eat House has is the coffee is cheap but it is very average. Avoid.

Just bought a Caesar salad today. I could not eat any of the lettuce, it had not been washed and was completely full of grit/dirt. Awful. Will not return.
