Mcdonald's

Don't go at 2:30 am and expect your food to be fresh, complete or the restaurant to be clean. I was met with a below average attitude, the place in a shambles, cold food and the happy meal toy missing for my son pre-flight and explaining why they would mess his meal up was something I'd prefer not to have to do. I was amazed at the mess so I took a photo when I was there at around 2:30 of a docket left on one of the many messy tables, and the docket showed the receipt was from 12:05 am so the restaurant was neglected for 2 and a 1/2 hours minimum, probably longer before it was cleaned up. Disappointing to spend $25 and get a bag of below average, bin-able food. I've posted the images of the receipts confirming my times mentioned and a couple of the tables. I wasn't necessarily going to post the photos, kind of thought it would be funny to show my wife, but the food was so bad I decided I may as well share my experience in the vein hope it might fix the problem for others in the future.

A very nicely fitted McDonald's, complete with all the good facilities one would expect in the western suburbs. It can be very slow to get service in the morning as it gets incredibly busy. Even though it has two lanes, from about 530am it's popular. Nonetheless the food quality has always been consistent.

All too often these guys get orders wrong, most often due to missing items. Their focus is on their drive-thru and keeping their stats. That personal touch which we had over time come to love about McDonalds is now gone, due to being forced into ordering from more bloody screens. Hygiene is questionable, as almost always there are tables needing a wipe down and rubbish needing to be cleared away. The staff are by no means professional and treat the store like a personal social club. They’ll never fail to disappoint you - I can promise you that. Always check your items before leaving with a takeaway, as they love to forget happy meal toys and condiments!!

Severely disappointed by the level of maturity by staff, in the 20 mins my friends and I were sitting in the "restaurant" we saw towel whipping, nugget throwing and bad hygiene (nose wiping while preparing food, without gloves) done by majority of staff in kitchen. This level of immaturity and unprofessionalism by staff is disappointing. I have been multiple times to this maccas each time seeing terrible performance and customer service. I understand the staff are young kids, who wouldn't be earning that much but this behaviour by staff is not acceptable even for maccas. While the manager was visibly present, poor communication and almost non existent leadership skills were demonstrated. Douglas from what I saw, was working terrifically however, constantly cleaning and making coffee's, while having a great persona and work ethic.

Been once a week for the last couple weeks. Consistently atrocious service and food quality. Even with an empty “restaurant”, there are always terrible wait times. Multiple employees have their phones on them and are wearing AirPods, being completely ignorant of their horrible service. Foyer is always a mess, tables and floor not kept clean. Food comes out stale and in undersized portions. Very disappointed with the attitude of staff.
