The customer service here is the best. It is like visiting family. There is nothing better than drinking your favourite beverage in a tasteful, happy, homely environment. Gloria Jeans Brand is one of the first Brands we supported many years ago. It is always a pleasure to enjoy the Gloria Jeans experience.

Was absolutely appalled when visiting their store earlier for a long mac with almond milk - nearly fell to the floor when a regular cup cost me $6.30!! Thought... this better be a GOOD coffee as have never paid more than $5... much to my disappointment, it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had and won’t be returning to that store ever again...

One of the nicest coffee in town, had a great coffee made by James, top bloke!!! Highly recommended! Make sure you ask for James!

We ordered two coffees with almond milk, the almond milk was sweetened which we were not told of
We can not consume sugar or dairy due to a special diet we are on, we felt ripped off AND wasted our money as we could not have any other of gloria jeans drinks
The staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating
