Had a slow but tasty experience today I Carilion hungry Jacks the butter was slightly falling off the onion rings however the nuggets were perfect but long wait in the queue and the perfect iced coke To top it off

It was a busy day, but they were still able to get my difficult custom order correct. Chips were cooked perfectly which can sometime be a problem at other fast food joints. Would recommend if you need a quick and cheap meal in the city.

I comment with Hungry Jacks being one company. To comment on the individual stores seems silly. They are all great. I see comments about one store being absolutely filthy for eg. You probably walked in just after a mad rush of orders. Kids work here. Why don't you show how easy it is to keep up by demonstration. Love my Hungry Jacks. Signed Fat Bloke. Excellent staff - good for a treat not and then. Lively city atmosphere.

I was served by Julia today who even though they seemed busy did not falter her smile once and had the most vibrant attitude of anyone I’ve seen in fast food. Definitely gave the impression that a store is after, and will be sure to visit again.

Without doubt, HJ’s Carillon Arcade made me the worst burger I have ever had - and this was the expensive choice. We were greeted with mildly angry front counter girl who obviously is not happy, and then a terrible burger with hardly any salad, forgotten peri peri sauce (which we paid extra for) and it was only just warm. When we returned the burger, no hint of an apology, just an angrier counter girl, couple of extra lettuce pieces and that was it. As you can see from the promo pic and reality, they were not comparable. And there were only 3 customers so they can’t use ‘being busy’ as an excuse. Worst burger ever. Do not recommend.

The man who served us was very friendly and gave us our order very quickly. However the fries were really too salted, we couldn't eat them.

The staff was great with a great attitude.but the place could be little bit more clean from my point of view. However visited the place little late around 8.30pm so cant say maybe the time was not the best. Still would have been happy if it was little bit more clean.

The girl at the front desk screamed at me when I was about to order that they weren’t open. It opens at 10:30am and I approached her at 10:52am, which makes no sense. I checked multiple times and it definitely opens at 10:30am on a sunday.
