Inconsistent and well over priced. Young staff seem to be trying their best but really look like they are having the worst time - poor things. Older manager always grumpy and rude, seems to be working in the wrong industry.
Don’t waste your time/money head to Market Ground or brew ha for better cheaper food served with a smile.

Coffee here is the best I've had in Perth due to the barrister, Valerio (Italian). Love the strength and smooth taste. Great temperature too. I won't go anywhere else.

City business is worst and this pop pace is one typical example for the following:
- customer service : no calm greetings, eyes contact is zero
- sandwich : no bother to toast
- atmosphere : sadness and “we are busy, no comment” attitude

Ordered a coffee without sugar and they have added loads of sugar. staff that I encountered are way impolite. A smile and a good welcome would be better after all it’s a service industry.
My first and it’s definitely the last.
For others who wish to go here, be ready for all those poker faces.
