Little Kitchen House

The food was made well, and in such large portions, doggy bagging was required while having reasonable prices. We tried the rice dishes and fried flour dish. All was good other than getting biny bits of duck. The best part of the restaraunt experience was paying the bill and seeing that there is no surcharge for using credit card in a place like this. Kudos to the staff, very attentive, pretty and made the dining experience awesome. Also if you find a asian glossy magazine (usually outside grocery stores) they were offering 15% of their food (at time of posting) good incentive to try them.

The food took 40minutes to arrive, one order was wrong, and one order completely forgotten. All of which is fine and forgivable, but what was the worst thing about the experience was the attitude about it. After asking about whether my order was forgotten, the staff member 'went to check on it' but didn't come back for almost another 20minutes (the restaurant wasn't particularly busy), and when he did all that was said was "we missed your order, sorry" there wasn't an explanation as to whether it would still be made, if I should make another order or if nothing would be done about it. He really didn't seem remorseful interested in doing anything about it. Personally, I had a bad experience, but I'm sure it's a one off occurrence.
