Pathetic customer service from all involved this evening. This hole needs some actual adults and people that speak/understand English. The so called 'manager' was 18yrs old max and has absolutely no idea on how to run a chain restaurant, let alone what is going on in the restaurant she is supposed to be running. Staff are as rude as they come, with some little dark skinned kid attempting to staunch and intimidate my partner and I though the drive thru. Hilarious experience being a functioning adult with children thinking they know better. Absolutely pathetic

Giving 5 stars just because of one employee (around 15-17 years old boy) there working so hard while others are talking with each others and cracking jokes. Don't know his name as no name badge but he was there last night. Thanks man and keep up the good work. Will update this review if i find out his name.

Food ordered through menu log not delivered have searched 500m around as they said delivered. Nothing! Very very annoyed! It might not kfc Melville issue but they use this company for delivery and as such they collect the money. Sorry but I have to add, after driving down to get a new order following menu logs failure, they decided to make the chips extra extra salty and have sauce coming out if the burger like no tomorrow. Absolute disrespect to customers! This business is an absolute avoid!!! The only good reviews for this place are clearly fabricated by employees or influencers

Do your self a favour and do not waste your time at this place, We have had bad experiences previously but this tops the lot. Last Sunday on Drive-through we ordered three zinger burgers and five chicken tenders when we arrived home zinger burgers were stale and there was only one tender which was also stale. But after spending $44 for stale food the worst was yet to come. The manager seemed to think that this wasn’t a problem as she kept asking, “was the chicken off?” After much discussion it was agreed that she would email a voucher for three zinger burgers and five chicken tenders but true to form with this establishment it didn’t arrive so I had to chase it up. Now, today being Friday, I decided to claim these vouchers. I went in and ordered through the drive-through three Zinger burgers, five chicken tenders, some popcorn chicken, potato gravy and two chips. Now I understand I should have checked the order before leaving but didn’t. Upon arriving home we realise that what we had received was one stale zinger burger, some popcorn chicken, three pieces of chicken and four packets of chips. This is just not good enough!

This place is filthy. The staff is loud and unprofessional. We literally couldn't sit anywhere without having to clean it. This is seriously a health hazard at the best of times but during Covid this is just unacceptable! I hate to think what the kitchen looks like if this is what the seating area looks like. 🤢
