Domino's Pizza

This store should not be trusted in the hospitality & catering industry, read on before ordering from them……. Received a phone call from the driver “Pina”who asked me to come down to the foyer to pick up the pizza, I politely declined explaining I don’t have any shoes on and I’m not really dressed for the foyer would you mind bringing it up please. What I received was poor attitude saying she can’t enter the building because of Covid, absolute rubbish. Pina then dropped the pizza at my door in the cold without even having the courtesy of knocking on the door so when I rang 10 minutes later and said have you gotten lost she said it’s at your door, I opened the door to find the pizza sitting in the cold absolutely stone cold sloppy and disgusting……… That’s me and Dominos over for ever!!!!! The driver and the manager ended up ringing me after I sent them a video of the stone cold disgusting slop offering me another pizza and bringing it out. I just have absolute trust issues now with the store if they are prepared to drop a pizza at the door in the stone cold out with God knows what could be crawling over the food on the floor you just simply cannot trust them to deliver food.

This time we just walked in for a random pizza request from my little girl who had enough of the park and didn't want to wait for me to make dinner. We order about once a month for pick-up as we live close by. It was busy and the wait was not bad at all considering we simply walked in. The usual guy making pizzas had his fast pace and always nice attitude, and the delivery people were a constant in and out. This Domino's has changed ownership about 2 yrs ago and I am so glad I went back since then. It's great and the pizza is always nicely made with a good amount of toppings. They win the evening comfort food of West Perth award. You'll realise how right I am if you live in the area as everything else closes at 3 pm.

it was disgusting and unpleasant food given to us we are all feeling sick after eating their pizza. it does not even cook properly. if you ever get a thick shake and your not satisfied return it immediately and ask for money back keep asking until they dont give it back they are so bad at making pizzas good luck.

I ordered food for pick up and when I got to the counter I was “greeted” by a woman with the foulest look on her face. She was absolutely horrendous and had I not already paid for the food I would have just walked out. I’ve never been treated so poorly before and will not be coming back to this location.
