Booked online which was very easy to do. When we arrived it was such a nice evening and we decided to sit outside in the shade. Tables are big enough for 4 people comfortably.

Visited here on the recommendation of a colleague. This is a traditional restaurant located in the centre of Perth. We had the three course set menu, finding the food to be excellent, washed down with a decent bottle of Pinot Noir. Looking forward to visiting again.
We stopped off on our way north just to eat here. So good. We had the tasting menu. Blown away. Shockingly good. Would give it 10 stars if I could. Best food in Scotland.
Ate here for Sunday lunch with hubby and daughter whilst visiting her in Perth. Service was superb and the food exemplary! The cote de boeuf was ridiculously good! Clean. Everything perfectly cooked and completely high end. We loved it!

What a lovely little French bistro. The food and the atmosphere were very authentic. Salad du Chef was beautiful. Well balanced in flavour and texture. Roasted plums and duck match perfectly.

My favourite place in Perth to eat, the food is outstanding and the service to match. It doesn't matter what you pick to eat from the menu it's all so delicious you can't go wrong. If you are on holiday you must eat here.
About as close as you'll get to a perfect dining experience. I went two days in a row and I look forward to my next visit to Perth so I can eat at café Tabou again. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent Scottish ribeye steak cooked as requested with garlic/butter/parsley sauce served with gratin dauphinois and washed with a very good French Merlot. A dessert equally good : white chocolate cheesecake with fresh berries.

We had the 2 course set menu which was very nice before we ordered the waiter put 4 little pieces of French stick and butter on the table that we just assumed were complementary but in fact are charged to your bill. My dessert seemed quite small
