Was in after breakfast cut off, but chef still made stuff from that section of the menu. Staff friendly, decent menu, very reasonably priced. Food was tasty and coffee was good. Nice range of cakes.
We visited the cafe on Thursday 28/9/03 for lunch. The food, I had a haggis & cheese panini which was excellent and something which I had never seen before. The staff are friendly and the cafe has a good atmosphere. We had come from Broughty Ferry and it is a shame that there is not a cafe like this

Modern café on the 2nd Floor of Gillies of Perth best accessed via Mill Street. Good selection of coffee, tea and other beverages and a good range of food, whether your desire is for a slice of a homemade cake and something more such as eggs benedict. Staff are very welcoming and attentive.
