A very nice garden center. Not too pricey. It has a mini JS that sells essentials. It now has two mini golf courses, resonable priced as well.
The Cafe is nice and has a good variety of food & drinks at a good price.
Overall always nice popping into Dobbies.

Dobbies is a great garden centre in the Hampton region of Peterborough. It is a large store with a wide range of goods for all your plant needs. They also stock items for your pets as well. In addition there are subsidiary companies including Maidenhead Aquatics, Hampton Butchers and the recently opened Waitrose which has taken over the space vacated by Sainsbury's.
There is a large and very popular cafe with a good range of meals, cakes, snacks and drinks. There is a play area for children and an outdoor Roman themed crazy golf course. Toilets are well maintained.
Dobbies often put events on especially for children to pique their interest in gardening and help to create a new generation of plant lovers and carers for the environment.
There is a large carpark with generous spaces for families and disabled drivers. In the car park is a branch of We Buy Any Car.
I find it a lovely place to visit.

This Dobbies had a large well kept car park. There is also a solar powered EV charging area that is FREE to use and can charge 4 vehicles. This is a type 2 charger and runs at 6 kWh and you need a cable.
Dobbies has a smooth level entry so easy going for wheelchair users. The isles and displays are well stocked and generously spaced allowing ample room for wheelchair users and parents with prams. Wonderful store with a good selection of stock to satisfy every need. There is also a small Sainsbury's and other stores located inside this Dobbies. We never visited the cafe on this occasion but we did use the toilets. They were clean and there was also disabled facilities.
Good store and the staff we spoke to were happy to help and polite.

Very clean and helpful staff. Restaurant is very good value. Vast range of stock catering for everybody's needs. The new 18 hole mini golf course is absolutely brilliant and must be given a try

I enjoy visiting Dobbies for the range of good on sale, to get ideas for seasonal planters and also the indoor plants. I dropped on point as some items are no longer available such as dry coir for indoor plants. I had to purchase a much smaller amount in a pouch and a much inflated price.

Easy parking, lots of wonderful and interesting items for the home and garden and a nice atmosphere. The cafe has great tasting freshly made food and if like me you love cake, today they had no less than nine different cakes to choose from plus assorted scones, tarts and more!

Went there for the houseplants. The variety was nice - probably 80 different species of plants. The part that stood out most to me was their special soil mixes made for the different types of plants (terrarium, philodendrons, alocasia etc.). They were well priced and perfect for a beginner. They also sold the components separately.
My mum was able to pick up four plants (calatheas) that were a bit shabby for under £3 each - what a BARGAIN!!! The other plants were appropriately priced and the store was clean and nice to browse. The succulents were lacking although they had a few cacti that were nice.

One of the largest garden centres we've ever visited. It has a butchers, bakery & restaurant & cafe. It has flowers of shapes, colours & sizes, my partner was like a kid in a sweet shop. It was a joy to browse all of their fantastic products at at reasonable prices, can't wait to go again. It even has a mini golf course, similar to crazy golf.

Food was delicious and the service was brill. The lady who served us, told me to serve myself quicker for tea. Which was most helpful. 😁 👍

I lost a bracelet here one week ago today . It was handed in and Kellie and Tony ensured it was posted out to me and it arrived today. They kept me updated with progress at all times. Superb customer care. Very much appreciated
