Fantastic home cooked Sunday Roast, just how we like it, nothing pretentious, huge homemade Yorkshire's, beautifully tender tasty roast beef, plain boiled vegetables, lovely crispy roasted potatoes and lashings of delicious gravy, Followed by lovely Treacle Sponge Pudding and custard! Superb!

Great Sunday dinner. Order was taken in the bar whilst enjoying a drink and then taken through to our table when the meal was ready. Accompaniments, apple and mint sauce, had already been placed on our table. Generous portions of our chosen meat arrived with home made Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes and then a side dish of freshly cooked vegetables and a gravy boat. All tasted delicious! A nice selection of puddings on offer and a special of the day. Service was efficient and friendly. All in all, a very nice Sunday lunch

We hadnt booked and they bent over backwards to squeeze us in last minute during a busy sunday lunch. Good for the kiddies too. Friendly staff and then the food itself was the best pub lunch ive had in a long time. Hand made, fresh and completely delicious. Thanks guys.

Never had a bad meal at the 3 horseshoes in Turves, well worth a visit and price is amazing for what you receive. The best Yorkshire puddings and crackling ever!

A nice quiet country pub which does proper home cooked meals. The food is much better than what you get in the big chain pubs. Reasonably priced for a good hearty meal

Lovely place....if it's a nice evening sit outside and look over open country...alternatively there is every amenity inside.....
