We always pop in for a coffee and cake when visiting the shopping outlets. Staff are excellent! It’s always fresh and clean 👏👏

Love my Flat White here. The store is inside Next and gets ample sunlight. They just need more store staff on weekends so the tables are kept cleaned.

Came in for an ice cream soda, only to be told no ice cream available, so I picked something from the advertising screen behind the counter, and three times was told they weren't available!!!! 😭

Have to say I usually don't visit a Costa for my coffee fix but myself and my friend stopped in today to try and we were very pleasantly surprised with our visit 😊 Very much enjoyed our cappuccino, tea and the bean & cheese toastie. Very decent offer of products available and the shop floor was being kept clean and tidy. Lovely customer service from behind the counter, Elissa and her colleague were very chatty and friendly.
