Very welcoming group of people. Found a menu and if it's up to date very good prices. They have room inside and out. Full English only on a Wednesday for £3.50 with a cuppa. It's worth the walk there and back.

Went to the Police Amateur Abc for a course on coaching. The equipment and the premises were all excellent. This is a great gym for the perfect boxing training
Brilliant for cakes and meals cheap as well. Lots to do for families and on special occasions like Easter Xmas and fire work nights and Halloween they do special things for the kids and all the family as well.
