Friendliest staff and best experience. Excellent quality gluten free menu options which I really appreciate! The decor is a fun firehouse-inspired industrial which really completes the experience when dine in is available. I stop here every time I pass though Peterborough!

Nah! $19 for a slimy fatty tasteless sandwich (brisket), smoked for 16 hours it says, yeah alright, why was it full of fat! Oh, but it did have BBQ sauce so it did taste of that a little bit. Hard no!

This place holds a special place in my heart, this is the first location I ever went to, to experience this lovely, mouth watering subs. Always clean, always friendly, always fresh and yummy.

Eating at firehouse subs is always pleasurable. Great food at fair prices. I am however concerned with access to the rear exit of the restaurant being completely blocked. Hopefully something that can be fixed with this review as mentioning it to staff weeks ago resulted in nothing. Update 1 month later. Still blocked rear exit.

I was so disappointed as this used to be my favourite sub place but this sub had a mess of sauce a few pieces of pepperoni and a small slice of cheese for what they called a pizza sub? I don’t think I’ll ever be back

This is a great place with an incredible flavor.
I'd suggest a couple of things though.
Once we arrived (during Covid) we saw that we could order online and they show the website to do so in a sign placed at the entrance (you can see that in one of the pictures I included). At least from our phones (my wife's and mine), it didn't work. We lost some minutes, more people came in and we ended up entering the restaurant to order after a longer line,
The second thing is that the same sign suggests the possibility of ordering by phone, but no phone number included.
Other than that, which is just a sign improvement, we enjoyed our take out meals.

I love coming here! Always great service, the portions are generous. Lots of meat and toppings on every sub I've gotten. My personal fave is the Italian. Check it out!!

Used to love this place, firehouse itself is great; but at this location now days the meat is always badly prepped in one way or another, everyone has a huge beard and no one wears beard nets so...
