I'm pleased to say that the coffee machines and toilets are now working ok and the waitress Courtney served me with her usual smile and excellent service. Keep up the good work/service Courtney 😊
Food was good ..only downside not alone of availability empty shelfs n counters not much in .

I absolutely loved the chicken bake that i got and the amazing sausage rolls thay just melted in my mouth! Jai served me and was such a sweet young boy on Saturday he really made my day.
Always busy, went in the other day to get a roll and pie. The staff are friendly and answer questions about diet. There is some sitting area inside as well.

The staff from management to sales assistants are all ways friendly and very helpful I would recommend this greggs to anyone in or visiting the Ortongate shopping centre

Absolutely Sensational! Quick Service (Even at Lunch time), Food was Hot and great quality! The tomatoe soup was outstanding and complimented the delicious sausage roll perfectly! It was so good I felt obligated to leave a 5 star review!
I find Greggs mocha the best. The meal deals ie: drink and either a savoury very reasonable. The selection is good. The bread and cakes always fresh. Most is baked on the premises for customers to see. I recommend it.
