Nice inside the pub from what I could make out... It was a hot day so we just stopped for a quick swallow as we passed... It seems to have an interesting layout with plenty of character and different parts to it... Outside is a strange setup with tables being right near a busy road with traffic slow

This is the first pub you see coming into Peterlee off the A19. The landlady and staff are very friendly and helpful. There are quiz nights on a Wednesday night with live music on Fridays.
