The food was as expected, good. I personally WOULDN'T order the gravy but chicken was good. The store was very quiet and didn't take long for order to be completed

I was in here for one of their zinger meals for £5.99 with regular fries and a Diet Coke and it was fantastic, there was also table service so as soon as I placed my order it was brought too me and they also took the rubbish away when I was finished so I could not fault the place. Excellent service

I think they're doing lots of renovations around. There isn't much place to sit and eat. Lovely fresh food. KFC has the best chips so far. Chicken's skin is a little salty. Good and fast service

The food was fine, they never seem to have any coffee. The air conditioning could do with sorting out, the heat was unbearable.

Tasty, decent friendly staff, only complaint is didn't get any straws for drinks but it's not end of the world

Visited KFC peterlee today, my daughter is a vegetarian so she tried the vegan burger, normally she wouldnt bother with meat substitutes she says they are usually tasteless like cardboard. Today delicious.

3 star for service as we originally went through drive thru but after sitting there for a few mins and nobody had acknowledged us I went and parked up and ordered inside food was really decent

Visited for our first ever kfc after a swimming session. We all thoroughly enjoyed it only giving it 4 stars as the self serve were out of use and only having 1 staff member on to serve over a lunchtime was causing quite the queue and delay.

A bit noisy with children but everything else, seating, music, food was great.

Always get served quickly. Chicken nice and fresh, always hot and crispy. I would give the chips a miss as they're not what they used to be, more like a soggy mess now.

Lovely and clean staff very polite and friendly. Did take a while for the food considering not busy. Chicken not as crispy as other KFC's i have been too and chips a bit cold.
