This was our second visit, both times have been a pleasure. It is small a cosy and feels like a family run restaurant. The delicious smells hit you as you walk through the door! The service is friendly and efficient, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the mushroom starter! We will definitely go back again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic. 6 of us including wives and girlfriend booked for one of our delayed birthday lunch. They happily accommodated us for Friday lunchtime. Because of the time it was quite quiet but the service was quick and courteous. Three of us ordered sea bream which was delicious the others ordered various pastas which were deemed delicious. The Limoncello ice cream and Tiramisus were wonderful as were the red and white wines. Wonderful lunch and we worth the visit.

A delightful place where I had lunch with my son and his partner. They enjoyed vegetarian pizzas while I chose the seasonal vegetable risotto which was delicious. Portions were so generous that we didn't have room for dessert. Very good service and an enjoyable experience.

First time here and what a gem. I love the feel and the look. Great service fantastic food done the Italian way. I had whitebait to start which was a great sized portion cooked to perfection. Linguine carbonara which was the best that I have ever had with garlic bread (made like a thin pizza) and their awesome zucchini. Pudding was ice cream covered in an espresso. Red wine from Puglia. Good fair prices. I will be back. Well done.

I'm soo lucky to have found this little gem. I've eat in a few restaurants in my hometown of Glasgow but I must admit I must say that one has just came into my top three best ever meals, fantastico with great attentive staff looking after you. If you are ever lucky enough to be in Petersfield it's a must try 👍💯

Very very good. The food was excellent, every part of the meal was well flavoured and balanced, the wines were a great match. The staff were absolutely brilliant, always attentive, well informed and incredibly helpful. The waitress was very helpful with gluten free, checking with the chef and well informed. This is a must if you are in the area

Another excellent meal for the family. Delicious food and warm friendly service. Although I had an issue with my order for a rare fillet steak that was cooked medium well or worse. Showed the waitress and the response was instant and exemplary, she completely agreed, removed the plate and had the kitchen redo the dish from scratch and the result was perfection, totally delicious. The staff were extremely apologetic and gracious, hence 5 stars.

I booked a table for 7 of us, Petersfield being half way to meet up. I have to say that the food and service were amazing. Several of us had the set menu which was such good value. We will definatly book here again! Thoroughly reccomend this lovely resturant!

I have been here a few times for lunch and it's always been lovely. Booked for 8 of us for my birthday meal and it was fantastic. The food was delicious everybody said the same. The waiting staff were brilliant, really attentive. I will definitely be back.

Terrible meal. Starter came with half a slice of supermarket sandwich bread & just 4 prawns. Another starter (Bruschetta) had the topping on supermarket bread and not bruschetta. Risotto was heavily salted and inedible. After 2 attempts, it was returned and I did not have a main meal. Manager described the bread as 'emergency' bread and offered 'free' garlic bread, then added it to the bill! We were a happy crew, celebrating a big birthday and it would have been very easy to offer a bottle to compensate but the manager really did not care what sort of experience we were having. Will not go there again and certainly will not recommend it.

My daughter and friends visited La Piazzetta in Petersfield for a birthday meal and as soon as they came home they had food poisoning! Disgusting! Out of 12 people the majority had food poisoning and were vomiting and had diarrhoea. The worse part about it was each person had a different meal but all still got really ill, there is clearly a serious issue with the restaurant and recommend they do something about it, very disappointed.
