A frequent stop for us with the dog. The coffee is great and reasonably priced! The team are really welcoming and friendly. They spoil our dog with treats and fuss. The beer selection is excellent and locally sourced.

Had the salt and pepper squid... And the dipping sauce was insane!!!
Then had the chicken burger with fancy chips. Sooo good!

The Townhouse is run with great flair. It has an excellent variety of beers, for example British ones and exceptional Belgian ones such as St.Bernardus - Apt 12. There is a good variety of tasty food & a friendly atmosphere. There's a pleasant small garden and they are dog friendly. Really enjoyed their Sunday live jazz jam. Looking forward to the next visit!

A lovely little bar situated at the bottom of the High Street, serving light bites/snacks inc' burgers, wings etc.with both hot & cold drinks. A small but substantial bar also includes 3 locally sourced cask ales & several keg craft varieties. On my several visits I have found the ale to be in excellent condition & temperature. Other than the excellent cakes, I didn't try the food so cannot comment, although if appearances count for anything it did look good. If you're a real ale/ craft ale drinker this place is definitely worth a visit. Recommended.

Very nice food, Friendly people, dog friendly and got more space upstairs.
I have to travel 10 mi to get there, but still worth it.
