This place never fails to deliver-great taste and impeccable service. I am constantly raving about the wonderful cakes and savoury treats...so brilliant to have something so special on our doorstep!

Fab coffee, amazing range of edible treats and now some vegan yumminess too - what more could a girl ask for? Oh yes .... the staff are totally amazing also!

I was extremely pleased with this place and I am so glad that I decided to venture inside this shop. The members of staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. They were all keen to assist. They were exceptionally enthusiastic and friendly. There are also smoothies available. The Green Goddess was lovely. The freshly-made items behind the counter were labelled clearly as "vegetarian" or "vegan," which was helpful. Everything looked so delicious and healthy. I recommend Madeleine's Kitchen 100% and many thanks to the lovely members of staff who made our visit so pleasant. ***We attended this place again in February 2022. It was extremely crowded and once again, there were many delicious and fresh items from which to choose. I took some photographs of these items. Once again, the members of staff took lots of pride in their work and were able to make good recommendations.***

We have just had the most delicious tea at Madeleine's Deli. Two friends had the 'Tea for Two' which was incredibly good value and beautifully presented. I shared an enormous piece of carrot cake with a friend, again delicious and so fresh. A wonderful place to sit and chat with friends and I would thoroughly recommend it as a venue for a yummy tea!

Great coffee and a huge variety of wonderful homemade food to eat in or take away. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of local produce, artisan and pantry goods perfect for gifts or an extra special addition to your kitchen. Support local businesses, this is a great place to start!

If you want good coffee in Petersfield then this is the place to go. On top of that there is a decent selection of tasty deli foods including a cracking Mexican bean salad! It’s a small, friendly place with a couple of small tables and lots of natural light! Good choice for lunch or even brunch!

I love this place – they have an amazing selection of deli items, wonderful pastries, and great coffee. I discovered today that they've opened an area where you can sit and have your takeaway food. Brilliant idea – thank you!

Oh my god! Visiting friends in Portsmouth and was lucky enough to be brought here as my friend works in Petersfield. The food is DELICIOUS and staff super welcoming and helpful. Will definitely return when back visiting. Also, I understand everyone is entitled to their opinion however I feel like the two bad reviews are completely unjustified :) x

Tasty food. We'll return when it's warmer. The beeper system for returning to get your coffee is rather unnecessary in our opinion and the constant noise does not contribute to a relaxing atmosphere to eat and chat. Hence a 4/5.
