Took my mum out to dinner on the first night after lockdown 2. It was spotlessly clean, really friendly and attentive staff, and they had a great menu. We had a burger and a pasta dish and they were both delicious - very generous portions too! A really nice experience.

Having lived in Petersfield many years ago, I remember this as the auction house.
The change has been good and as one of the town's newest establishments it is a welcome addition.
Good beers, good service at reasonable prices.
Ideal for a quick visit while waiting for a train given the proximity to the station, but equally good for an evening out.
Pop in have a look, you will not be disappointed.

Lovely bar with a locally unrivaled selection of North American craft beer on tap. Nice friendly irreverent staff. Shows a bit too much football for my taste but each to their own- gotta make a living.
The Mexican food is rather good, as are the burgers. My favourite pint is the Laguanitas, but don't have too many- It's 6.5%.

We had a chicken, bacon and leek pie tonight and it was really delicious! The size and the filling was generous and tasty and pastry was excellent. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great food with very generous portions sizes. The staff were very polite and helpful. They had a gin festival on the day we came which was a great idea to try new brands for a very good price. Would definitely recommend to anyone, a great bar!

Booked a table on a recommendation from a friend. Took hubby and 9yo daughter on a Saturday night and were not made to feel like we were out of place so definitely family friendly!
A HUGE thumbs up for the extensive allergen information. Daughter with severe nut allergy and our server was super helpful and provided heaps of information including a full manual on all the allergens. Also double checked with the chef and the manager delivered her supper explaining exactly how the food had been cooked. Highly recommend for anyone with any allergy issues.
The burgers were huge and the Cajun spice was very authentic and punchy. Very well priced too and will definitely go back to try the brunch and lunch menus as they looked yummy!
All the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Went last Saturday night about 7, more staff than customers but still had to wait about five mins before we were asked what we wanted! Two thirds pint glasses is a big mistake, I normally have a pint and the wife a half and we usually have a couple each. Wife doesn't want 2 x 2/3 and I am not going to buy 3 x 2/3 while she sips 1, especially at £3.00 a glass, can buy the same Beer at Sheet for £2.00 less! Not sure who they think they are going to attract but to advertise as a craft beer house but have no beer information other than a name and ABV on a blackboard is pretty poor, staff comments were limited to "that ones a bit darker than that one!". No prices on show for anything, wonder why. Nothing on tables about food on offer or drinks except a blackboard with very prices cocktails. Has an upstairs area although you wouldn't know it unless you asked where the loo's were as we had to. On the whole really disappointing, Petersfield has been crying out for a decent upmarket place for a nice beer and a bite but this place needs to up it's game if it is going to survive.

I visited here and had a lovely meal, the staff were very helpful and professional. Give this place a chance, it's only just opened, with any new business it's learning and changing things that don't work. It's about developing from customers views and feedback. Then hopefully they bring new things into practise. Anyone who has an issue when in the restaurant/pub should speak to the manager to see how they deal with it. It's very easy to come away and then to moan. If your unhappy then tell the member of staff or manager. I think they have done a very good job of the space and layout, yes toilets upstairs not ideal but with having them down stairs they would lose even more space. I say give the place a chance.

Just had breakfast, we were the only people there but it still took 45 minutes to get any food and was a disappointment when it did finally come bad service bad food high prices I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I honestly don't know what the 1* reviews are about! I love it here. Been in the last 2 Saturday's with my partner, bar staff are really friendly and the owner is really chatty and knowledgeable about the drink! We ate here yesterday and they were only doing the brunch menu as the chef wanted to really perfect these dishes during the day which I admire. I had the Denver omelette- so nice! And my partner had the steak and chips- steak was huge!
Overall really nice place with lovely interior design, only downside is the outside bit as it doesn't have a proper garden, but this can't be helped by anyone as it was an auction house before without a garden!

I have been in for lunch four times since this place opened, first time last night with live music, we have always enjoyed the food, there is a lovely selection of drinks, the music last night just right, we were sitting very close, but could still talk to one another easily without shouting. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, we had a great time!

I like the concept of this venue, bar area is very nice, as is the upstairs. The food is average you would expect better. The staff are excellent. If eating avoid the awful long table at the back of the bar area, isolated from atmosphere like sitting in a cafe!

Bit disappointed if I'm honest. Bar staff not knowledgable at all on your beers. Many items not available from the menu. Venue looked great but your manager was sat at a table looking miserable and doing nothing and the rest were talking among themselves.... I hope these are just teething troubles! Remember customers come as much for the staff as the food and drinks!

We sat upstairs and were told the waitress would be up shortly,after 10 min we went down stairs to order ,after 5 min the food arrived the club sandwich was a chicken burger but they forgot the cheese , the ribs where dry n burnt u couldn't eat them the presentation wasn't anythink special not a chef that is proud of his food i would say .
No one checked back on us we had to go down stair to order dessert they arrived b4
Our dirty plates where cleared no cutlery again left with dirty plates on table
No its a New place but surely they had staff training doesn't show very sad
