A lovely relaxing place to go, if not in the busiest time of day. Was able to sit and chat with my friends without being rushed to move from our seats. Food is always good at Heidi's. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Absolutely lovely. Much better than you would think from the outside. Staff helpful polite. Food excellent value. Only tiny thing was toilet could have been a little tidier. Really a small detail.
Always a lovely happy greeting when you walk through the door at Heidi's, staff are extremely efficient, always with a smile, prompt service, food is always good, and the variety of good freshly made pie's, sandwiches, quiche, sausage rolls is second to none, just as their fresh cream slices, donuts, cornets and buns. A proper patisserie you remember from your childhood. 10/10.
Was in Petersfield for the day and popped in here to get some food.
I ended up buying the meal deal with a Quiche, soft drink and salad.
It was reasonably priced and the Quiche was well made.
It was a nice day so eating outside on the the tables which are a bit on the cosy side was nice.
It is a decent Cafe, with a reasonable cost. Large selection of cakes.
Service is pretty poor, too busy talking and little attention to seated customers.
Be prepared to wait, even at2pm
Excellent bakery. Lots of choice for cakes and savoyry food. Friendly counter staff. Just need to have some entertainment for children under 5 year old. I will go back there again.
Excellent service and great tasting good. Fantastic choice of freshly cooked snacks, cakes, savouries (pies, pasties etc) and a nice view across the village square.

We left it a little late for food but the staff were very obliging and were able to offer quiche and a very acceptable salad. Nice coffee.
