Today our mother was taken ill.

While visiting Costa in Petersfield recently I was taken poorly. The Manager Iian was amazing, he looked after me so well, I hope you realise what a wonderful Manager you have.

Not on top of seasonal stuff I'm afraid... Been trying to get some Maple Hazel latte for a few days but there were out of stock in every single store we were in from Winchester to Liverpool... Not great.... 🫤

Shout out to the 3 youngsters who have calmly and professionally held it together this Saturday morning ON THEIR OWN with no management in store. I am full of praise and admiration as I know that two are only 17 and only part-time.

Had to ask for help a few times, due to several difficulties with my mental health. Had help every time from Ian, who dropped everything he was doing to make sure I was alright, doing so with a smile and a joke each time, despite being busy. He was brilliant and it really made my visit better.

I had lunch in Costa with my wife, and overall we enjoyed our sandwiches, cakes and drinks. I am concerned, however, that despite ordering and confirming a large hot chocolate, and being charged for it, the cashier still instructed the barista to make a medium, and then became upset when I corrected him. Overall a good experience.
