I went for a meal with friends on Friday had a very enjoyable gluten free meal so went back this morning for breakfast! Although asked for gluten free it was vegan which is not the same. So was missing my bacon and egg did get 2 vegan sausages which I'm not sure are gluten free. Was very friendly
Fabulous place - loved the parrots! We actually managed to find a Rowan Tree, that we couldn't find locally. It's a great Garden Centre, and surprisingly large. Definitely worth a trip!
I was in the market for a robotic lawnmower. Knowing nothing about them, making myself aware of what they can do while avoiding all the hype can be difficult. Then I met Charles at Steam and Moorland. Very helpful and patient, Answered all of my questions over a period of time and I am absolutely
I think I may have reviewed this place before. On the ground floor is a home & garden centre, including machinery, upstairs is an excellent restaurant with a railway theme, first class food & beverages, excellent service, if you're visiting the lovely historic town of Pickering, take a diversion her
We went here for a Burns Night evening. The food was brilliant, the service was equally good, the bottle of cabernet could have stripped paint! If you fancy a bottle of red then have the malbec. It was clean and welcoming and I will definitely be going back to eat and try some of the lovely looking
I love coming here for a look aroubd and lunch. Nice menu, good prices. Cakes to die for. Soup and a sandwich is really nice, with cake if you like to indulge! Great lift for those with mobility problems. Nicely laid out. Also great garden centre and outdoor supplies.
Really busy, glad we'd booked, but we weren't waiting long for our food and it was really good. Highly recommended

A great place to enjoy browsing and eating out. There are bargains in the garden centre and the cafe is reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Just been for coffee with friends, very good selection of eats. A great place to meet up.
We love it here... Always come for some sort of food. Yummy scone with jam and cream. Breakfast is also a must. Extra stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for James who always makes us feel extra special and nothing is too much trouble.
Great garden centre, cafe and clothing store. Good layout, not oversized although it has a huge range of plants, flowers, garden equipment & machinery, food, gifts, and clothing. I found exactly what I was looking for (cactus soil). Staff are helpful and friendly. The cafe serves great food and has
