Dunkin'

The manager was very negative towards the front counter employee. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes without being helped, because they were more worried about on the go orders. How about wait on the customers right in front of you? Fire the manager belittling her employees and pay attention to customers.

As soon as we got to the drive thru speaker, we were greeted by a lady that seemed pretty annoyed as soon as we got to the speaker. When we took our order she immediately cut us off, asking about something to add without even letting us finish. Eventually we did get our order sorted out, and when we pulled up to the window we were given our order and we payed for it. We then asked for extra straws, to which she made a huge deal out of it, seeming incredibly rude as she walked away and told us "One straw per drink." I've never had a problem in the past getting extra straws, I just feel it was out of spite. Needless to say we won't be going back there.

Never again. The woman who took our order in the drive-thru was extremely rude. We were created with, "What do you want." No hello or anything. Our chai drinks were only about 1/3 full. The Snackin' Bacon order was half of what it was at other DD locations. We almost went back to get it remedied but the woman was so rude I didn't want to go back. I just won't go here anymore. It's a shame because it's the closest one to my home.
