This place is filled with memories as I used to go almost every week when I was studying in Plymouth 14 years ago.
It was my absolute favourite place to have scones. Their texture, taste was perfect with the clotted cream and jam.. and after 14 years it still is!! The beautiful view
Now I either cycle or walk past Duttons every day, and till thus point I have never been in here. What a mistake that's been 😁. Just a simple cream tea (cream first of course) and a black americano however they were great. Great service and a lovely location, well very back.
Wonderful staff, beautiful view, great food and drinks! I’ve been here multiple times and the staff is always lovely. You can’t beat the view and the food is tasty!
Came here for just a quick breakfast but really enjoyed our visit. The lady (owner?) was extremely friendly, coffee was good and scones delicious. The seating outside also comes with a great view across the water. It does look a bit run down but it shouldn't discourage you from coming here!
This café has a perfect waterfront location away from the noise and bustle of other areas.

Came here for food on Saturday 27th May, just before the Muse gig! It was great that they were playing Muse's music over the speakers which helped get us even more hyped for the show! Great place to stop for a drink and a bite to eat the views are amazing. The girls who were working when we visited couldn't have been more polite and helpful and even made sure our dogs had cool water to drink.

Thoroughly enjoyed the cream tea here on a sunny June afternoon. The scones were fresh and the clotted cream was delicious. Lovely view as well

A great place with very friendly staff. They love dogs and provided us with dog biscuits. The Salt & Pepper Squid is exceptional!

Lovely service, nice priced. And best of all, bicyclist friendly! 'Can I charge my ebike battery, please' ? And a big yes with a smile was the answer.

Excellent service. Everything on time, fresh, tasty, great views. Dogs friendly (ice cream dogs and sausages available to buy).
Alas busy and the wait for food was too long for us to stay and eat.
A quick drink was all they could manage in time.
