We stopped for a cheeky Easter Day ice cream earlier. It was raining typically but thankfully we were able to drive pretty much to the door of this lovely little treasure of a place. There were lots of flavours of ice cream and it was super creamy. Loads of other homemade treats such as cookies, hot fresh doughnuts and cream teas on offer too and the prices are amazing! To top it all off we were served by possibly one of the nicest people to ever serve us ice-cream! Totally recommend people visit this place.
Highly recommend this little place, my son had a bacon roll served on a warm tiger bread baton, his words “the best bacon butty I have ever tasted in my life” the ice cream sundaes are insanely good, he makes all the yummy ingredients himself, so welcoming, you HAVE to go here �
Amazing tasting ice cream that was generous in scoop size and a really good price. The owner was really friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be visiting again!
Amazing experience here today. Not one, not two, but FOUR vegan ice cream choices myself and my son could both have (dairy and soya allergy). He had raspberry ripple with really delicious raspberry sauce, and I had chocolate. My husband enjoyed a fudge ice cream desert (not vegan) which he said was also delicious. Would recommend if you are vegan or can't have dairy, they were really confident and knowledgeable about the ingredients in their ice cream, and all of it was yum.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here today for an ice cream, delicious and creamy with a free flake too. Great friendly service.

Haven’t had an ice cream dessert but have had their Panini, absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted and you can choose what you want in it. All cooked fresh, yes you have to wait a bit but who cares it’s worth the wait. The staff go above and beyond, always cheerful and helpful especially in these hot conditions.
This place is amazing. Love the mixture of ice cream with a doughnut, so tasty. Phil is very nice the owner. Nothing is to much. Well worth a visit.

Berties has an amazing variety of ice cream and the hot snacks are just as nice. The price is very reasonable and the staff are polite and helpful.
