Great, elegant place, we got the best place to seat down looking to the sea. The food took its time but was very well worth the wait, tasty, hot and very flavourful. Love the Prezzo best-ever chocolate cake. Highly recommend. Service could be better it took a while to order, we had a 3-course meal and took altogether 2 hours and the waitress overcharged us on the card payment by £8, we only realised in the car driving off. But an overall good place for a meal.

Didn't make a reservation so to be fitted in on a busy Friday night was a bonus. Staff were great and very attentive. We were given a fantastic table for two by a window with a view of the water with some amazing yachts and beautiful night time lights.
Our server Spencer asked if we had any allergies before he took our order. We ordered our drinks and food quickly and we didn't wait too long for them to arrive. We had olives and an antipasti sharing plater for starters. Mains were penne arrabbiata and chicken with mushrooms. Both were delicious! To finish we had Tirimisu which was amazing and coffee.
Although not the cheapest place to eat it was a lovely evening, with great food in a nice atmosphere. Our server Spencer was especially good, very friendly and attentive. Would I come back here to eat, hell yes!!!!!!
Came back less than 3 weeks later. Spencer served us again which was nice. Table of four this time all with different meals. All were great too. Heads up for all you Blue Light card holders, you can use it here!!!! 😉

We visit here regularly. Great food, good coffee, great price. And they accept tesco vouchers. Callum the waiter is also very attentive.

Went for a fabulous meal on Sunday night. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We were lucky that the Princess Yachts were still in the Harbour from the boat show. Stefan the waiter gave us a lovely table by the window.

I had a really lovely evening here! Super friendly and quick service, great seat with beautiful view. The atmosphere was incredible and the food was to die for (I had the carbonara and then the honeycomb cheesecake). Will be returning, couldn’t fault it at all! 😊

We were greated at the door and seated quickly. Our server was Rae and what a breath of fresh air she was. She was friendly but professional making us feel welcome and comfortable. She advised well when she had to deal with my very picky food preferences. She took time to chat with my step son and was genuinely lovely. Nothing was too much for her. We have been a few times now and we will defo be back again soon. Food was exactly as it says on the menu and was exceptional.

We had a 3 course meal for 7 people (2 children). The waiting staff were great and very attentive despite being busy. It was a bit disappointing that for each course, the children's food came after the adults and the youngest member of our group didn't receive his dessert until everyone had finished theirs. The food was nearly perfect though and the only disappointing thing about the food was the buns with the children's burgers were quite burnt. Overall we were really pleased.

We have been multiple times now and it has always been great. Our most recent visit was excellent; staff were lovely & very attentive, food was perfect and overall it was a really good night. I always find it very clean and our wait for the food was not very long at all (although it was a quieter night).

We celebrated our daughters 10th birthday at Prezzo last night and it was fantastic, the staff were friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough to make it a special occasion. The food was delicious and great value, it came very quickly and we would definitely recommend this as a great place to eat out as a family. Thank you.

Good food and a good atmosphere.
Royal William Yard is a beautiful setting with the restaurants set into gorgeous Georgian admiralty buildings giving a warm and cozy feel.
The service was a bit slow to start, but when the staff members changed the service was fast and friendly. Our waiter was a delight, and very bubbly.
The food was well portioned, with the exception of the crab ravioli which was rather stingey. They had also run out a few key menu items which was disappointing, however the food we did order was piping hot and tasted absolutely delicious.
Overall I would recommend, and we will likely be returning.

Only been a few times, has a nice evening setting and everytime I have been it always has fast and friendly service. They also accept Tesco clubcard points, ideal if you have points to spend, however you cannot use them in conjunction with any other offer. Weekend dining I would recommend booking in advance. In the summer months the whole area of Royal William Yard is a nice place to be.

Hands down. The best italian pizza in Plymouth. Lasagne was divine and truffle chips icing on the cake.

My friend booked up for a special occasion. We arrived and were seated right away. A bucket of Prosecco was brought to the table, with the most gorgeous glasses and bucket we had ever seen (we wanted to take them home!) Our lovely waitress came back and we ordered our starters and mains. The meal was delicious and throughout the evening we were very well taken of...so much so my friends ended the evening with dessert and me a cappuccino. It was a great evening with delicious food, friendly staff, great atmosphere and great company....we couldn't have asked for more. We are definitely coming back. Thank you to all the staff at Presso

Had a lovely meal on Saturday with my partner and 2 friends. Have eaten here before a few times but it was my partners first time. Lovely food, lovely restaurant and really pleasant staff. Would highly recommend

Evacuated because of a false fire alarm. Crab cakes were crab balls and not very flavourful. My wife had three large gin and tonics. Same ingredients. Two in the same size glass and both were different prices. Because I asked for the third in a Bombay glass apparently it became a cocktail and was even more expensive. Disgraceful and I shall never eat there again. Or any other Prezzo for that matter.

Although the food is generally quite nice the service was appalling. Waiter was kind enough but the delay in order was a joke. 1 hour waiting for drinks, followed by another 1/2 hour wait for starters, finished by another 1 hour wait for mains! An area that defo needs improving! Will only return on quieter days!

Pleasant place to eat in the hisroric Royal William Yard. Great service, excellent food and drink. Great for lunch or dinner with friends. Frequent visitors and always enjoy. Thank you Prezzo and your lovely team

Booked a table for 8 for a friends birthday, the level of service we received was very poor. Waited 45 minutes, my partner then had to go to the bar to get their attention to order. Baring in mind it was busy, majorly under staffed. I ordered a main including house fries which I did not receive and again because the service was so poor, by that time I was so fed up I didn't inform them and wanted to leave. The quality of food didn't live up to expectations, extremely dissatisfied with the evening especially when your spending hundreds of pounds.
Will not be visiting again.

Booked a table for 10, most of us arrived 10 minutes early but we were shown to our table. After all had arrived the order was taken, 9 meals arrived but we waited a further 6 minutes for a salad to arrive. Then another couple of minutes passed before we were offered the cheese. During the meal we were asked if we required extra drinks, part of the order was taken & the waiter left without taking the reminder, which we then had to ask for. The food was good. After giving the dessert order we waited rather a long time till it arrived. Another order for a drink was placed & instead of a glass of spirit a coffee arrived it was at this point I was totally fed up with service! We were celebrating my son's birthday & although it did not totally ruin the meal I expected more. We were given the bill without asking for it, making us all feel we were an inconvenience. I had the service charge removed because I felt we did not receive a good service. We will not dine here again. The 2 stars were for the food

Ok if you have all day to spare. The service is terrible waited 45 mins to for our order to be taken and about another 30 mins for the food to arrive, to be fair our waiter was lovely but more staff are needed at weekends. Food was left on the side for ages before the waiters had time to take it to the table. The drinks took ages to come, over 30 minutes, the barperson just got the drinks ready and left them on the bar waiting for someone to take them to the table. She then stood there for ages doing nothing she could have bought them to the table, in the end we went over to get them ourselves. The food was very nice though, if not quite hot enough but we were so hungry by then I didn't want to complain otherwise would have had to wait even longer. Most of the staff, not all looked as though they would rather be anywhere else but there. Was amazed to see that a service charge of £21 had been added to our bill, needless to say I didn't pay it. Would not come back here again if I had anything else to do that day. Shame really because it spoilt the occasion of a special birthday.

Tried charging us full price for the deal they had on of 2 courses for £10.50 and half price prosecco so our bill was £50 more than it should of been it's only when we queried it did they take it off as the server "forgot" I wonder how many people they've conned with that one
Dave Rogers
The setting is fantastic overlooking the water etc and to be fair the food is great also, but the portion size is a complete let down, it was child size portions for big money. Complete joke
Hayley Cartwright
Great food, huge portions and excellent service! I like the fact that anybody will help and take your order and not just a dedicated waiter. Top restaurant we will def come again!
