One of my favourite caffès as always the staff is friendly and smiling. if you need a break from shopping in the House of Frasier or a nice break in town, then Caffè Nero is your best option. The food, coffee, atmosphere and service is excellent and it’s always clean, never disappointed!
Lovely place to sit and relax. The cake for my birthday was delicious. Cafe Nero has a great discount system for Student. Highly recommend!

One of the best views in Plymouth for people watching, if you can get a seat by the window. I did just discover a delicious new cronut. I went in to cool down after a busy morning in the sun. Sadly I couldn't find a seat in front of the panoramic window to watch people go by. I did find they had

The guys there were really busy and the tables weren't the cleanest due to this. That said you could see they were trying there best to keep up. Had a chicken panini thing, was really really nice. Coffee was great too
Busy little coffee shop. Very efficient and friendly inside department store. A little cramped and quite noisy. Window seats are always full and quickly snapped up as are more comfy and quieter. Has personality!!
Regular visitor to this Nero for years, and have to say that over the years every member of staff has been fantastic! Rachael, Joe and Sabelina are my three favourites. Drinks are always made to the same standard each time, cafe is always clean and well kept, although I will say that the decor/floor
