When I saw that the Bubbles Bar was open, I was so surprised because it was the first time in four months of living in Plymouth that I saw the shop up and running (even though I go to that area every single day for a stroll).

The waffles are just the best. I only took a star off because the place is hard to find & it really could be better presented inside. Spend a bit of money on advertising around the alley & give the place a makeover & you'll be minted.
