We choose Pier One for our wedding last week. The whole experience was magical from start to finish. Monika was an amazing coordinator and was extremely attentive and professional. The venue is a great setting for a special occasion and perfect for a wedding. The different spaces enabled us to move into different areas post lunch for music. The food exceeded expectations and was priced fairly. The staff were really helpful and enabled us to enjoy our day without worrying about the needs of our guests. Thanks Pier One

Due to a change supplier, some staff on the menu are unavailable to order. The menu needs to be updated as is out of date, and half stock is not available. Staff lacked communication and misunderstanding, and incorrect drinks serve as our was out of stock, but none of the staff informed them before the order was placed. Salat is apparently fresh, but with some old staff inside and bacon 🥓 was not cooked properly as I returned back as I was unable to eat. Some of the staff need to pay more attention to customers as we are asked a couple of times this same question and receive a confused answer.

Honestly the best! I’ve been 3 times this week for drinks and a catch up with friends. All the staff are so friendly. Last night I was especially impressed as Sophie our waitress kindly catered for and additional two people, as the person who booked our table stupidly didn’t call ahead. She was so lovely and took the best care of us! Thank you Sophie

Pier One is my go to place in Plymouth. The view is unbeatable and - despite many comments - their prices are competitive, often slightly cheaper than other places that offer similar brunch/lunch options. The staff are always polite and friendly; sometimes there is a little wait, but only when it's busy. Thank you guys 😊

Pier one is a beautifully modern restaurant perching on the edge of the cliff overlooking the sea, the views and the atmosphere are really scenic and there are plenty of windows to enjoy these views.
The food itself was tasty and fresh even though it was a quiet Wednesday the food came quickly.

Lovely coffee stop before getting Ferry as close to the port & the views are fantastic. Felt that the service was a little "cold" and the place needed a good clean, especially the windows!
Didn't have any food so can't comment on this but coffee was fine. Main attraction is the view!

Good food, great service with arguably the best views in Plymouth. Had a lovely lunch today with my daughter. Baked camembert and a Caesar Salad with chicken and Bacon, most excellent and very large. Would highly recommend.
