The Woodside - Plymouth - Photo album

Outdoor seating area, pool, local events such as music, DJ booth, quiz, raffles etc. Seems like a great bar, it's cheap too which makes all that much better. £3.50 a pint. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Dog friendly. Can't comment on the food but worth a visit if you're in the area for a few sc
I can't comment on the food as I didn't purchase any, but I can comment on the cider. It was £3.50 a pint for a brand called orchard and it was lovely. It's definitely worth a visit as there's also an outdoor seating area.
Popped in for an afternoon pint. Was lovely out on the decking.
Great atmosphere...lots of entertainment going on throughout the week especially open mic night on a Thursday hosted by the lovely Kay. Friendly staff who like a good banter. Well worth a visit
Was recommended to go here as I was looking for somewhere to eat, walked down and told they got no kitchen at present but looking into it. Didn't stay for a drink as main reason for going was a meal
There is now a nice menu and the bar staff are very friendly. they've got a pool table and live entertainment. They even have a happy hour so there is very nice priced drinks. [Edit] we just went for a roast beef dinner for mother's Day and it was fantastic. Each plate had a great big Yorkshire pud
Didn't have food. Great pub very friendly defo worth going back
I was told this was a rough pub, but I went for a couple of pints on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly staff and managed to walk in on happy hour which made the pints really cheap. Good atmosphere and looks recently refurbished.
A popular local pub ,tucked away off a major shopping street in the Bretonside area of Plymouth. Very popular for Sunday lunches, the roasts are well worth tackling, huge platefulls with a great variety of veg and meat .
Been there a few times good music very friendly staff and Landlady very nice And for a girls night out You feel very safe DJ very good I would recommend 100 cent
Another great pub. Great staff, service and ambience. Short walk to the centre and just off Beaumont Park. Really nice.
Very welcoming and friendly 😊
Lovely pub, with a great atmosphere, very friendly, mixed age groups, great roast
Good customer service.. Very friendly local pub.
We had a meal here to celebrate my son's graduation last night. The bartender/waiter/ complete allrounder was under immense pressure on his own doing EVERYTHING but managed it with absolute calm professionalism and charm. Good meals and atmosphere.
Stopped off here for a very decent lunchtime burger. Friendly and helpful staff. Full of flags for jubilee. Not a bad range of real ales although they had to go outside to fill my pint which was a bit odd. A good rickety table and wooden floor board pub.
